In the same year, APM acquired certification from the Construction Registration Board for Civil and Electrical Projects and thus began its journey in the construction field.
APM Tanzania began its operations in 2010 with a determination to meet the country’s increasing demand for power solutions. Since its foundation, the company joined forces with Ghaddar Machinery, a pioneer in the field of Electrical Power Generating Sets with 40 years of experience, and quickly became a key regional distributor of world-class top brands in power supply.
In 2012 – 2013, APM recognized the growing need for after-sales services in the region and acted promptly by providing regular training for its technicians in order to build a reliable long-term after-sales department with wide coverage across the country.
The company quickly exceeded its own expectations and felt the need to expand by getting into other areas of service, which lead to the addition of telecom tower maintenance services in 2016 - 2017, with operations in Tanzania and South Africa.
In 2018, APM was ready to grow its list of services even more and started its collaboration with Grundfos, adding water projects to its portfolio.

In 2018 – 2019, APM and Ghaddar Machinery felt the need to supply the African market with a larger variety of superior power products which gave rise to a partnership with John Deere France, Kubota Japan, and Cummins. The two companies also realized that dreaming big required a greater workforce and therefore grew their family into more than 400 employees, spread across East and South Africa.
In 2020, APM acquired ISO certification for Quality of Operations in Health, Safety, and Environment.
